Privacy Cell 1.1

Privacy Cell 1.1 has been released. It adds information dialogs that explain the cell phone network protocols.

Oh, them bothersome stingrays.
NR NSA should have been called New Radio Non-Secure Mode.

There is also a partial Spanish translation contributed by Jose A. León. I expect that the next release will have full translations in several languages.
