Privacy Cell 1.12.2

Privacy Cell 1.12.2 was released on 30 March 2026. It fixes a build problem on F-Droid caused by manually specifying the version of Java to use for the build. These version constraints were vestigial. They were added when the default Java version was less than 17 and I needed to force newer features. Now that the default Java version is greater than 17, the solution is to just remove them and use the default Java version .
